TigerUX in Cebu City, Philippines seeks a Finance and Treasury Manager to oversee treasury operations, cash flow planning, liquidity management, banking relations, and risk controls. You will lead the finance team and drive financial strategy for growth.

The role requires 5–7 years in finance/treasury, a relevant degree, strong Excel skills, and travel to Manila. On-site work: Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00; benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting or financial management.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, financial management and accounting principles.
• Experience managing banking relationships and familiarity with banking covenants.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee treasury operations, cash management, bank account structures, and treasury controls.
• Manage daily and long-term cash flow planning to ensure liquidity for operations.
• Monitor liquidity, working capital, and funding requirements and recommend strategies.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Monitor and mitigate financial risks including FX, interest rate and liquidity risks.
• Oversee payment processes, treasury systems, and surplus funds management.
• Ensure accurate recording and monitoring of financial transactions with GL reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance to reconcile cash movements.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and treasury records.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Support audits with proper documentation and controls.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and stability.
• Provide financial analysis on capital structure, working capital and funding needs.
• Monitor markets and economic factors affecting the company.
