Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. is building a new sales pod in Ortigas, Pasig City, onsite. As a Sales Development Representative you will master outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and potentially own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals.

You’ll join a founding seat with coaching from an Account Executive, working directly with leadership in a fast-growing team. The role offers uncapped commission and a clear growth path in sales.

• Experience in outbound sales, business development, or another customer-facing sales role.
• Strong prospecting skills with confidence in cold outreach across multiple channels
• Genuine curiosity and strong discovery skills that go beyond following a script
• The confidence and professionalism to represent Staff Domain in client conversations
• A coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously improve
• Resilience, adaptability, and comfort working through rejection
• Strong ownership mentality with the initiative to solve problems independently

Responsibilities

• Build qualified pipeline through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels
• Engage business decision-makers and secure high-quality discovery meetings
• Conduct structured qualification before meetings are booked, ensuring every opportunity is worth pursuing
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear handover notes for the next stage of the sales process
• Continuously improve through regular coaching, call reviews, and feedback
• Lead your own discovery calls and present Staff Domain's solutions to prospective clients
• Handle objections, negotiate commercial discussions, and close new business
• Manage your own portfolio of client opportunities from prospecting through signed agreement
• Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with ownership and accountability
