• Sales drive and a proven ability to achieve high-volume results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal skills to translate complex financial benefits into clear customer concepts.
• Experience in outbound/inbound call center environments with a sales focus.
• Confident and professional interaction with people at all levels, even during challenging calls.
• Ability to organize tasks and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing service quality.

Responsibilities

• Engage existing customers via outbound dialer to cross-sell novated leasing and workplace benefits.
• Educate employees on salary packaging mechanics to reduce taxable income and simplify car ownership.
• Qualify potential customers as genuine leads by identifying needs and readiness to convert into leasing clients.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate data on leads to support reporting and sales tracking.
• Provide feedback to management on campaign outcomes and suggest improvements to lead conversion.
