Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a seasoned Founding General Manager to build and lead a new Air Quality Solutions division in Metro Manila. The role covers business setup, regulatory approvals, partnerships, and a scalable commercial launch.

You will recruit and lead the initial team, define service offerings, pricing, and growth strategies while establishing a strong market presence and recurring revenue streams.

Qualifications

• Extensive background in indoor air quality, HVAC services, testing and related technical services.
• Proven track record as a General Manager or head of a business unit with growth experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch the Air Quality Solutions division from the ground up.
• Lead registrations, permits, licenses and regulatory compliance.
• Develop pricing, operating model and go-to-market strategy.
• Recruit, train and manage initial operating and technical teams.
• Establish partnerships with manufacturers, suppliers and clients.
• Create service packages for HVAC cleaning, purification and related services.
