Docket AI India is seeking a highly capable Chief of Staff / BizOps lead to act as the strategic and operational right-hand to the Founder. The role demands keeping the company moving fast and bringing structure to cross-functional problems across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Based in our office in Bangalore, this in-office-first culture requires overlap with US hours and strong execution across multiple domains including contracts, finance bridging, and vendor negotiations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth startups or similar high-performance environments.
• Extreme ownership and highly detail-oriented mindset.
• Operational acumen with financial literacy; familiarity with Carta, billing systems and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a force multiplier for the Founder, proactively identifying bottlenecks.
• Drive documents to execution; ensure contracts, cap tables, and deadlines are met.
• Maintain a rigorous task-tracking system with owners, status, and next steps.
