Job summary

Copenhagen Offshore Partners A/S in Manila is seeking a Foundation Package Manager to mature and deliver the foundation package through design, fabrication and installation phases. Based in Manila, you will lead delivery on the agreed scope, on time and within budget, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Monthly travel to China is expected. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, transport and installation specialists, and fabrication partners,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale offshore projects.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and plan for delivery of the foundation package across design, procurement, fabrication and installation.
• Lead the operational and technical scope through design, procurement, fabrication and installation.
• Provide technical procurement support and tender, negotiate and manage foundation contracts.
• Manage risks and interfaces across scope, cost, quality, HSE.
• Coordinate with design teams, transport/installation specialists, suppliers and contractors.
• Steer package meetings and align with EPC and development teams.
