Job summary

The role:

We are looking for a Foundation Package Manager to take responsibility for maturing and delivering the foundation package through the design, fabrication and installation phases. Based in Manila, you will lead delivery of the package on the agreed scope, on time and within the approved budget, with a strong focus on safety and quality. Monthly travel to China is expected.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Develop the strategy and plan for delivery of the foundation package, including scope, schedule, budget and resource requirements.
• Lead the operational and technical scope through design, procurement, fabrication and installation.
• Provide technical procurement support and tender, negotiate, recommend and manage the foundation supply contract and potentially the installation contract.
• Manage package risks and interfaces, ensuring an optimal balance of scope, time, cost, quality, health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, including design teams, transport and installation specialists, fabrication partners, suppliers and contractors.
• Steer package meetings and coordinate closely with the wider EPC and development teams and other package teams.
• Deliver the package on the agreed scope, on time and within the approved budget, maintaining a strong focus on quality and HSE.

Your Experience

• Package management experience across development and construction phases of large-scale, multidisciplinary offshore projects.
• Experience delivering foundation packages through design, procurement, contracting, fabrication and installation, including international negotiation.
• A broad understanding of the offshore wind industry and its supply chain.
• Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of PMI project management principles; PMP certification and knowledge of the Chinese supply chain are preferred.
