ACCIONA is seeking an Anchor Caisson Manager based in the Philippines to lead planning, coordination and execution of caisson construction activities across onshore and offshore phases. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence and quality in demanding marine environments.

The candidate must hold a Civil Engineering degree, have 15+ years total experience with at least 10 in similar marine roles, and demonstrate strong English skills and leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering with professional accreditation.
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in civil/marine projects.
• At least 10 years in roles on marine/offshore construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage caisson construction activities across all phases.
• Supervise onshore construction, offshore towing, mooring and anchoring operations.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment and manpower.
• Monitor progress and implement mitigation actions when needed.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, quality and HSE teams.
• Ensure compliance with construction sequencing, safety and environmental standards.
