Job summary

Haskoning Philippines is seeking an experienced Senior Environmental & Social (E&S) Specialist to lead our growing maritime, climate resilience and offshore wind work. Based in Makati with APAC travel, you will drive E&S safeguards, engage with World Bank/ADB processes, and help win and deliver high-impact projects.

You will build and lead a capable E&S advisory team, support business development, and contribute to the regional growth of our E&S capabilities across APAC and globally.

Qualifications

• Essential environmental degree or equivalent.
• Specialisation in Environmental & Social safeguards.
• Experience with IFIs (World Bank/ADB) processes.
• Accredited EMB EIA preparer is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Undertake E&S processes to support large projects.
• Provide technical guidance and project direction.
• Support project teams with consultancy-level advice.
• Supervise deliverables and mentor junior staff.
• Assist in business development and client engagement.
• Stay updated on environmental, renewables and marine policy.
• Support World Bank/ADB client awareness and opportunities.
• Lead in creating innovative E&S products/methods.
• Participate in strategic planning and knowledge sharing.
