ACCIONA Construction is seeking a Caisson Construction Manager to be based in the Philippines. The role will oversee planning, coordination and execution of all caisson construction activities, from onshore to offshore tow, installation and final positioning, in line with project needs and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage caisson construction activities across all phases.
• Supervise onshore construction, floating operations and installation.
• Coordinate resources, materials, equipment and manpower.
• Monitor progress and implement mitigation actions as needed.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, quality and HSE teams.
• Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for semisubmersible and installation works.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with ITPs, procedures and hold points.
• Adhere to construction sequencing, safety and environmental standards.
