COP in Manila is seeking a WTG Package Manager to lead the wind turbine package through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover to operations, with monthly travel to China.

Based in Manila, you will own scope, plans, schedules and budgets, mobilise the project team, manage interfaces with other packages, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience managing WTG packages including contracting and turbine supply agreements.
• Experience on large multidisciplinary offshore projects.
• Knowledge of PMI project management principles; PMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Establish scope, plans, schedules and resource requirements for WTG delivery.
• Mobilise and lead the project team within budget and timeframe.
• Provide procurement support and manage WTG supply contract.
• Coordinate interfaces with other packages and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and certification throughout lifecycle.
