ACCIONA Construction in the Philippines is seeking a Caisson Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of caisson construction activities on offshore projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules and technical specs.

The successful candidate will have a civil engineering degree, extensive marine construction experience, and proven leadership in teams and subcontractors, with strong English communication and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Civil Engineering degree is required.
• 20+ years of professional experience required.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role within marine bridge construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of marine foundations, caisson construction, marine operations, dredging, towing, immersion, ballast control and heavy lifting.
• Proven experience managing construction teams, subcontractors, equipment and resources in complex marine/offshore environments.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Professional level of English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute all caisson construction activities across onshore, floating, offshore towing, temporary mooring, transport to final position, installation and final construction phases.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence, design specifications and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with design, engineering, quality and HSE teams and stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and resources, monitor progress and implement mitigation actions.
