iSupport Worldwide is seeking a proactive Junior Forecaster to join our workforce management team in Metro Manila. You will help develop staffing forecasts, analyze data, and build dashboards to inform decisions.

You’ll collaborate with operations, HR, and finance to ensure forecasts align with business goals. This role offers hands-on learning in advanced forecasting methods and operational analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 2 years of professional direct experience in forecasting, workforce planning, operations analytics, or related fields; internship or project experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of forecasts for staffing, capacity, and operations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends and insights.
• Design and maintain forecasting models, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance to align forecasts with business strategy.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies.
