Qualifications

• Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining forecasting models, reports, and dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including operations, HR, and finance—to ensure forecasts are aligned with organizational objectives and business strategy.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute recommendations for continuous improvement of methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Participate in workforce management projects and initiatives, providing analytical support that drives operational efficiency, performance optimization, and measurable business impact.
• Translate complex data and forecasting concepts into clear, concise insights for internal teams and leadership.
• Assist in documentation, reporting, training, and knowledge‑sharing initiatives to strengthen team capabilities and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of professional direct experience in forecasting, workforce planning, operations analytics, or related fields; internship or project experience is highly valued.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and intraday management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly and persuasively.
• Highly motivated, curious, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
