Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Junior Forecaster to join our workforce management team in the Philippines. The role focuses on forecasting, analytics, and operational planning, contributing to efficiency and performance across the organization.

The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional teams, develop forecasting models, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership. This is an entry-to-mid level role offering hands-on experience in modern WFM methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 2 years of forecasting, workforce planning, or analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with forecasting concepts and WFM basics.
• Proficient in Excel; BI/reporting tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecast staffing and capacity across teams.
• Collect, clean, and analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends.
• Design, update, and maintain forecasting models, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with operations, HR and finance to align forecasts with objectives.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and propose improvements.
