Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workforce Management, especially forecasting and scheduling.
• Strong understanding of contact center operations systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud, IEX, Aspect, Verint.
• 3+ years creating reports and dashboards.
• Willingness to learn new software.
• Strong problem solving and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Create daily, weekly, monthly forecasts for multiple sites.
• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and scheduled reports tracking KPIs.
• Update forecast, staffing, and projected performance of GSCC.
• Provide recommendations to improve group performance.
• Meet with WFM team and stakeholders to discuss projections and performance.
