Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Forecasting Analyst to support workforce planning and forecasting activities. You will analyse operational data, maintain forecasting models, and perform Time Series Analysis and Time Series Regression to deliver actionable insights.

You will partner with operations, HR, and finance to align forecasts with business goals and drive efficiency. You will design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI/Tableau, monitor forecast accuracy, and translate complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics).
• At least 2 years of forecasting, workforce planning, or operations analytics experience.
• Basic understanding of forecasting concepts, capacity planning, and intraday management.

Responsibilities

• Support forecasting for staffing and capacity planning across teams.
• Collect, clean, and analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends.
• Design, update, and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reports.
• Perform Time Series Analysis to identify trends and seasonality.
• Apply Time Series Regression to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and finance to align forecasts with objectives.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend improvements to methods and tools.
