We are looking for a Forecasting Analyst to support workforce planning and forecasting activities by analysing operational data, maintaining forecasting models, performing Time Series Analysis and Time Series Regression, and delivering actionable business insights. This role partners with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, optimise workforce management processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Support the development and maintenance of accurate forecasts for staffing, capacity planning, and operational requirements across multiple teams or business units
Collect, clean, and analyse historical and real-time data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support operational decision-making
Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining forecasting models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Perform Time Series Analysis to identify historical trends, seasonality, and forecast drivers
Apply Time Series Regression techniques to support forecasting accuracy and business planning initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, and finance, to align forecasts with business objectives and organisational strategy
Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute recommendations for the continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies, processes, and tools
Participate in workforce management projects and initiatives by providing analytical support that drives operational efficiency and performance optimisation
Translate complex data and forecasting concepts into clear, concise insights for internal teams and leadership
Assist with documentation, reporting, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen team capabilities and operational excellence
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of direct professional experience in forecasting, workforce planning, operations analytics, or related fields
Basic understanding of workforce management concepts, including forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and intraday management
Experience with Time Series Analysis and Time Series Regression
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau is an advantage
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
