Rodzon Marketing Corporation is seeking a Food Technologist to ensure the quality, safety, and regulatory compliance of food products across the production cycle. You will support product development, QA, and process improvement while working with production and purchasing teams to maintain high standards.

The Food Technologist is responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of food products throughout the production process. This role supports product development, quality assurance, and process improvement by conducting product evaluations, monitoring manufacturing practices, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards. The Food Technologist works closely with production, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to maintain product consistency, improve operational efficiency, and deliver safe, high-quality food products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, improve, and evaluate food products and manufacturing processes.
Conduct product testing, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and other food safety management systems.
Perform quality inspections and analyze laboratory test results.
Investigate product quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain technical reports, product specifications, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with local and international food regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and other departments to optimize product quality and operational efficiency.
Assist in supplier evaluations, raw material assessments, and product validation activities.
Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and food safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong understanding of food science, food processing, and food safety principles.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS), and quality assurance practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
