Job description

• Collects all trays, plates, and utensils intended for cleaning
• Washes and dries all dining wares and utensils according to safety and cleanliness standards
• Disposes of garbage and slops/left over materials, keeping all floor areas dry to avoid accidents
• Checks the availability of dining utensils as well as cleaning supplies
• Greet and seat customers
• Take and serve orders correctly and promptly
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Promptly addressing any customer service issues and referring to Management if and when necessary
• Works quickly, paying attention to details, and attends to multiple responsibilities at a time
• Performing other tasks around the service area, kitchen, and dining area that may be assigned from time to time
• Other job-related duties assigned and instructed by the Management

• At least a High School graduate
• Minimal work experience in any food industry
• Physically able to be on their feet for extended periods (and lift up to 25 kg unassisted/men)
• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 – 25 kilos
• Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
• Able to work quickly and efficiently
• Good physical condition
• Ability and willingness to collaborate
• Knowledge of food service regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
