Job summary

World Vision Philippines is seeking a Food Security and Livelihoods Advisor to lead technical guidance across programs and ensure alignment with the Integrated Program Framework. You will work with field teams, partners, and government bodies to strengthen livelihoods, savings mobilization, and entrepreneurship development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics/business management/development studies/agriculture/Entrepreneurship or related fields.
• Master's degree in agriculture, economics, business management and administration is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-year professional experience in food security, livelihood and entrepreneurship activities in the country.
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic recommendations for food security and livelihoods programs.
• Align IPF with country strategy and build capacity of staff.
• Engage with government and partners to advance policy and advocacy for livelihoods and food security.
