Job summary

World Vision International in the Philippines is seeking a Supply Chain Management and Admin Specialist to execute end-to-end sourcing for goods and services across locations, aligning with procurement policies and delivering value through cost-saving negotiations.

The role collaborates with field teams, vendors, and partners, handling admin functions, financial coordination, and customer service support, with deployment in emergencies when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain management, or logistics.
• Experience working with NGOs, donor-funded projects, or large organizations is highly desirable.
• Experience managing procurement, purchasing, inventory control, and contract administration functions.
• Strong knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, procurement planning, and strategic sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sourcing process for goods, works, and services across assigned categories and locations.
• Drive cost savings through supplier negotiations and market assessments.
• Collaborate with Operations, field offices and suppliers to ensure timely requirements.
• Coordinate with admin and logistics for procurement and office administration requirements.
• Support emergency response as needed.
