Job summary

World Vision International in the Philippines seeks a Program Officer for the Zamboanga del Norte Area Development Program to design, implement, and monitor community-based initiatives that promote environmental resilience, sustainable livelihoods, and inclusive development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related Social Sciences.
• Trained on LEAP 3 and DPA or foundations of Community Organizing and Development.
• Experience in NGO program/project implementation (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develops annual implementation plans aligned with the Area Program plan.
• Monitors Technical Programs against targets, timelines, quality and budget.
• Ensures integrated program implementation across assigned areas.
• Maintains sponsorship operations and RC records; supports community planning and reporting.
