Job summary

USCCB is seeking a seasoned professional to support the Country Program's Early Recovery Livelihoods initiatives in the Philippines. You will provide technical guidance on program design, implementation, and donor-aligned proposals, ensuring high-quality delivery to vulnerable communities.

You will also lead capacity-building efforts, analyze data, and share lessons learned while engaging with government partners, donors, and civil society to promote sustainable livelihoods in the region.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field; can substitute with 3 additional years of experience
• Minimum 5 years (8 preferred) in livelihoods-focused early recovery projects (agriculture, fisheries, agribusiness)
• Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders (govt, donors, partners, private sector)
• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Early Recovery Livelihoods strategies
• Provide technical design input for proposals and donor-aligned concepts
• Deliver trainings, coaching, and capacity-building for staff and partners
• Collect and analyze program data; share lessons learned
• Maintain donor and partner relationships; participate in forums for best practices
