Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Master’s degree in Educational Management or related field is a plus.
• Licensure exam (LET) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for basic education and skills development interventions.
• Align interventions with the Integrated Programming Framework (IPF) and country strategies.
• Advise on indicators, targets, and program models for education initiatives.
• Support field teams with capacity building and technical coaching.
• Engage with partners and stakeholders to strengthen education in emergencies and development efforts.
