Job summary

BV Cuisine Inc. seeks a Food Safety Assistant to uphold hygiene and quality across its restaurant network. The role focuses on audits, SOP monitoring, and staff training to ensure HACCP, GMP, and local code compliance. You will perform field audits in Metro Manila and nearby areas, collaborate with Operations and QA teams, and help implement CAPA actions.

A Bachelor’s degree and ServSafe or equivalent certification are preferred, with added value for prior food safety/audit experience.

Qualifications

• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
• Prior food safety/audit experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field audits across the restaurant network.
