Responsibilities
- Quality Audit Facilitation and Result Administration: Conducts Corporate and Supplier Food Safety Audits, and process audits (when necessary); Undertakes corrective action management for audit results
- Process Improvement: Monitors, analyzes, and maintains relevant databases for audits and supplier quality management; Develops and conducts relevant trainings for stakeholders (Procurement, Logistics, suppliers, 3PL, PCO); Develops and implements relevant programs that aim to improve supply chain quality and food safety culture
- Performs as QA point person / support for Supply Chain (Procurement & Logistics) Division
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Biology / Microbiology, Nutrition & Dietetics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or other related science courses
- 2-3 years experience in the same field and level of expertise
- Experience in food safety audit function
- Experience in implementing quality standards in the same industry
- Organizational competencies: planning, problem solving & analysis, decision making, managing relations, people development
- Functional competencies: quality, sanitation & safety orientation; Total Quality Management, auditing process and standards, laboratory skills & technical training
