• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in production management within food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong technical background in food processing equipment, automated packaging lines, and large-scale formulation processes
• Solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and accountability skills; able to manage diverse teams across multiple shifts

Responsibilities
