Recruitify_HR is seeking a Food Manufacturing Manager for a leading food manufacturing organization in Pasig. Direct and oversee daily operations in a multi-line production facility, manage shift supervisors, and drive efficiency while ensuring strict food safety compliance across all lines.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or any related field.
• At least 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in production management within food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Strong technical background in food processing equipment, automated packaging lines, and large-scale formulation processes
• Solid grasp of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and accountability skills; able to manage diverse teams across multiple shifts
