Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. on-site in Pasig seeks a Production Supervisor with 5+ years in manufacturing/production operations. The role oversees multiple lines (Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line) and dispatches to ensure quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

A relevant engineering or operations degree is required, with 2–3 years in supervisory roles. The ideal candidate has experience in food manufacturing or FMCG and will contribute to directing production activities and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or similar production environments is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager for the overall directions and management of Production, encompassing Bread, Bakery, Cake, Pastry, Food Line, Dispatching, Distribution and Portering.
• Manages and provides leadership to ensure Production can meet right time, right quality, food safety, and cost targets.
