Job summary

Pure-Chem Technology Phils.Inc. seeks a Technical Sales Supervisor (Food Division) to drive sales growth, expand market presence and build a capable sales team.

You will nurture key customer relationships, manage distributors and deliver against revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting goals and budgets, developing strategic plans, mentoring staff, reporting on progress, and staying ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher, specialization in Food Technology.
• 3 years of sales experience in cosmetics, focusing on raw materials.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and ability to mentor a sales team.
• Strong customer relationships and distributor networks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Determine sales goals and budget targets.
• Increase territory sales and customer network.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market with new and existing customers, and achieve yearly sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry influencers to identify opportunities, understand their needs, provide tailored solutions and ensure follow-up is done in timely manner.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, progress, maintain updated view of the sales opportunity.
• Stay informed of industry developments, competitor activities and emerging trends to inform business strategies and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support and training to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
• Provide visit reports with detailed information of items discussed, current projects, and industry developments.
