Job summary

Pure-Chem Technology Phils.Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.

You will understand the technical aspects of our products and explain them clearly to potential customers. Key duties: establish and maintain customer relationships, support business activities, deliver technical presentations, update product knowledge, and provide technical support to resolve client challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related experience (fresh graduates considered).
Experience with Food Additives/Chemicals preferred but not required.
Strong customer service, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational, research and multitasking abilities.
Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
Support business activities and respond to customer requirements.
Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to show how a product meets client needs.
Memorize product specifications and stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends.
Work closely with customers to understand business needs and provide technical support.
Develop relationships with environmental officials, engineering firms and industry experts.
Update orders and negotiate the best contract terms.
Listen to customers’ needs and advise them on the best products to buy.
Provide reports on clients, sales and product strength.
