Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a motivated Sales Admin professional to support order processing and client coordination. You will prepare confirmations, manage documents, and assist with ERP systems such as SAP or QuickBooks.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in related fields, strong communication, and at least a year in food manufacturing or sales customer service; fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Food Technology, Marketing, Management).
• 1 year relevant experience in food manufacturing, sales, customer service.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with SAP, QuickBooks and MS Office is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare order confirmations, sales orders, and other documents needed to process customer orders using spreadsheets, databases, and ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP or QuickBooks).
• Monitor customer payments and send payment reminders or follow-ups as needed.
• Arrange courier shipments and prepare dispatch documents and product samples for delivery to clients.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential sales records, files, and databases.
• Generate purchase requests and coordinate quarterly office supply requests.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and operations.
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
