Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Sales Admin/CSR to support customer inquiries, quotes, and orders, ensuring accurate records and timely responses. You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to fulfill deliveries and maintain CRM data.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a degree in Business Admin/Marketing/Management is preferred. Prior exposure to FMCG or food manufacturing helps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Previous sales experience, internship, or exposure to a food manufacturing/FMCG environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP, QuickBooks, and MS Office is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries, orders, quotations, and sales-related concerns.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports and documentation.
• Support sales initiatives, customer relationship management, and business development activities.
