Job Description

• A Food Attendant is responsible for ensuring that customers have an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent service, taking food orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. This role involves interacting with customers, handling cash transactions, and supporting kitchen staff as necessary.
• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Taking Orders: Record customer orders accurately, ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated to the kitchen.
• Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Food Preparation Assistance: Assist with food preparation or refilling as directed by kitchen staff or managers.
• Cash Handling: Process customer payments, including cash and card transactions, and provide change when necessary.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting them for the next customers, and ensuring the area is well-organized.
• Stocking: Ensure that condiments, napkins, and utensils are stocked and available for customers.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow attendants to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Compliance: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Customer Feedback: Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

Education and Experience
