• The Food Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining or event setting.
• This role involves greeting guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring a positive dining experience, and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Greet guests as they arrive and assist them in finding a seat.
• Take and record food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for service.
• Respond to customer inquiries or complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to offer recommendations to guests.
• Clean and reset tables after guests have finished dining.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.
