• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders, answer questions about menu items, and recommend dishes.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns promptly.

• Serve food and drinks to customers, ensuring they are properly prepared and presented.
• Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new customers.
• Keep dining areas, serving stations, and workspaces clean and organized.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and utensils between guest seating.
• Ensure restrooms are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.

• Assist kitchen staff with food prep, as needed, such as replenishing condiments or organizing food trays.
• Ensure that food is served promptly and at the correct temperature.

• Assist with stocking food and beverage supplies and inventory management.
• Ensure that service areas are well-stocked with items like napkins, silverware, and condiments.
• Work as part of a team with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to the appropriate team members.

Education & Experience

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in a food service role (server, barista, etc.) is an advantage, but not always required.
• Customer Service: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure accurate food orders and clean service areas.
