• Taking Orders: Greeting customers, taking food and drink orders, and providing recommendations or menu details.
• Food Preparation and Service: Assisting with food preparation, assembling orders, and serving food to customers.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keeping dining areas clean, wiping down tables, and ensuring the environment is tidy and presentable.
• Handling Cash or Payments: Processing payments, handling cash, or using point-of-sale (POS) systems to complete transactions.
• Customer Assistance: Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Restocking: Restocking food items, utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed to keep the area running smoothly.
• Adhering to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are followed at all times.
