Lewis Personnel Management in Bridgetown, Eastwood, QC is seeking a Sales Planning and Commercial Excellence Manager (FMCG) to lead sales planning, performance management, and governance initiatives that support sustainable growth and stronger sales execution.

This strategic role requires working across Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive data-driven decisions and improve commercial performance while monitoring promotions and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• 7–10 years FMCG experience in Sales Planning or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Trade and General Trade channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual, quarterly, and monthly sales planning and forecasting.
• Develop sales performance dashboards, KPI frameworks, and management reports.
• Analyze sales results, identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support joint business planning and commercial governance activities.
• Monitor trade investments, promotions, and execution effectiveness.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve commercial performance.
