Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Bridgetown, Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Commercial Planning Manager to transform sales data into actionable strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
8–10 years of relevant FMCG experience.
Background in commercial planning, sales planning, sales operations, or trade marketing.

Responsibilities

Own the planning and forecasting cycle across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
Track sales performance against targets and provide insights on business trends.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring tools for management.
Identify sales gaps, risks, and opportunities across customers and distribution channels.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain on business priorities.
Help develop joint business plans and strengthen commercial review processes.
Evaluate promotions, trade spending, and sales execution to determine effectiveness.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders to support business decisions.
