Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations in FMCG.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning and S&OP processes.
• Vendor and supplier relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and leadership for FMCG supply chain.
• Procurement and supplier management with co-packers and vendors.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution to retailers and partners.
• Lead demand forecasting and S&OP to match market demand.
• Drive continuous improvement and technology to optimize operations.
