Suyen Corporation is seeking a Distributor Specialist in Cebu City to drive volume growth and expand market penetration through third-party distributors, wholesalers, and institutional accounts. You will link corporate sales with distributor networks to ensure products are widely available and positioned to meet sales targets across assigned territories.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years in Account Management, Channel Sales, or Distributor Management (FMCG/cosmetics/retail).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and B2B client management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Excel proficiency (data analysis, sales forecasting, pivot tables).
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing field sales operations.
• Willingness to travel extensively for audits and distributor meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support assigned distributors and wholesalers to meet monthly and annual targets.
• Conduct market visits to audit distributor warehouses, monitor inventory, and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify and onboard new distributors to expand brand footprint.
• Formulate territory-specific sales plans and align with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing for product launches and promotions.
• Negotiate distributor agreements and terms.
