Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an on-site Sales Professional in Cebu with 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector to drive growth in the territory.

The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans, managing distributor networks, and executing trade marketing programs while gathering market intelligence to forecast demand and optimize performance across channels. This position requires travel across the region to meet distribution partners and ensure pricing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG.
• Willingness to travel extensively; deep familiarity with regional distributor/retailer landscapes.
• Strong negotiation, data analysis, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel) and digital sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets and expand distribution channels in your area.
• Conduct business reviews, manage inventory levels, ensure pricing compliance, and train distributors' sales teams.
• Ensure proper execution of trade marketing programs, merchandising initiatives, and product promotions.
• Conduct regular field visits, gather competitive insights, track market trends, and submit accurate sales forecasts.
