Job summary

Suyen Corporation is seeking a Distributor Specialist to drive volume growth through third-party distributors and wholesale partners. You will link corporate sales with distributors to meet sales targets across assigned territories.

Role requires experience in account management or distributor management, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel for sales analytics. Travel to regional markets is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of solid experience in account management, channel sales, or distributor management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing field sales operations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with B2B clients.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and pivoting data.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support third-party distributors, wholesalers, and sub-distributors to meet monthly and yearly targets.
• Conduct market visits to audit distributor warehouses, monitor inventory, and ensure on-shelf availability.
• Identify, screen, and onboard new distributors or sub-dealers to expand brand footprint.
