Job summary

PMI is seeking a Commercial Planning Executive in Taguig with 2–5 years in sales planning and analytics. You will design reports, forecast trends, and support management decisions across direct sales, EZD, and key accounts.

The role blends on-site and remote work, requiring collaboration with Marketing and regional Sales teams to drive business growth. Responsibilities include dashboards, presentations, and cost optimization, with a focus on accurate data delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales planning, sales reporting, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to create clear dashboards, reports, and management presentations.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Excel VBA and Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt reports for internal and external stakeholders based on business needs, using the most effective communication platforms and ensuring content remains accurate and up to date.
• Develop new approaches to data analysis and forecasting to support informed management decisions, optimize production volumes, meet timelines, and minimize logistics costs.
• Partner closely with the Marketing team to develop business cases for New Product Launches (NPL).
• Collaborate with regional Sales teams to identify sales opportunities and recommend solutions to address volume gaps.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for monthly and quarterly business performance reviews with the Sales Management team.
