Job summary

The Knotify Workforces Corp. is seeking an Airline Reservation Specialist in the Philippines to handle flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and inquiries, ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.

You will manage calls about reservations, rebooking, refunds, and itinerary changes, and provide accurate fare and policy information while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed at least 2 years of college (Old Curriculum) with no back subjects or be a college graduate
• At least 6 months of solid, recent BPO experience (voice account preferred)
• C1 level English with excellent verbal communication and proficiency close to Standard American English
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding flight reservations, rebooking, refunds, and itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on fares, schedules, baggage policies, and airline procedures
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Process bookings accurately using the reservation system
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
