Qualifications

• Proficiency in English at CEFR B2 level.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City and in shifting schedules.
• Profile 1: No call center experience required; Profile 2: at least 6 months call center experience (CCE).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Assist customers with travel bookings and itinerary changes.
• Handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, and travel services.
