Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate.
• To collect delinquent and/or past-due accounts through negotiation by telephone and/or personal visits.
• To observe policies, rules and regulations prescribed by principals, client and government regulatory bodies.
• To report to the company his/her collection performance and accomplishments.
• To perform any other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely payments.
• Demonstrate high level of professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
