Cases Chun & Associates Law Offices is hiring a Tele-Collector/Collection Specialist in Makati on-site. You will contact clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely payments in line with legal requirements.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, integrity, strong communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Respect for policies and regulations in collections.
• Experience in collecting delinquent accounts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contact clients to collect outstanding payments by phone or in person.
• Ensure payments align with required timelines and regulations.
• Maintain accurate reports of collection performance and outcomes.
• Follow up on payment plans and monitor progress.
• Communicate professionally to negotiate favorable settlements.
