Job summary

You will work with Route Planners and 3PL partners, assess transport modes for offshore accounts, and lead monthly KPI reviews. Strong Excel/Office skills and willingness to be deployed nationwide are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course.
• 1–2 years’ experience in inbound and outbound logistics, distribution, and planning.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong English and Filipino communication skills.
• Able to propose system enhancements based on business needs.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet order fill rate and service targets.
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the country.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, manage revenue and costs while achieving KPIs.
• Conduct delivery capacity assessments against route and distribution plan.
• Source units to augment fleet and support daily requirements.
• Address fleet shortages with Route Planners or Principal’s Point Person without compromising customer expectations.
• Ensure fleet deployment aligns with planned delivery schedules.
• Determine transport mode for offshore accounts considering cost.
• Ensure 3PL compliance with engagement rules and KPIs.
• Lead monthly KPI reviews with the 3PL provider.
• Maintain proactive relationships with 3PL Management for seamless transport plan execution.
• Check attendance of 3PL accredited units.
• Recommend action plans for operation issues.
• Discuss penalties with 3PL Management per Service Contract.
• Discuss safety issues with units and set upkeep timelines.
