Job summary

Global Jet Cargo Philippines Inc. (J&T Cargo PH) seeks a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet activities in Metro Manila. You will manage dispatching, driver schedules, and vehicle utilization while ensuring timely maintenance and safety compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in fleet/ops supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office. Expect field work and flexible hours to minimize downtime and keep operations productive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Admin, Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in fleet, logistics, transportation or operations supervision.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and vehicle maintenance processes.
• Experience handling accident claims, repairs, and vehicle coordination is an advantage.
• Good leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Willing to field work and flexible with schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations and ensure vehicles are operating efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, dispatching, and driver scheduling.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and repairs are conducted on time.
• Handle vehicle-related incidents, accident reports, and insurance coordination.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operational costs.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies, road safety regulations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers, repair shops, and external service providers.
• Maintain fleet records, maintenance logs, and operational reports.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles for roadworthiness and safety.
• Address operational issues and provide immediate solutions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and behavior.
• Assist in improving fleet efficiency and productivity.
